Reporting To: 

BSS Manager

Purpose: 

Responsible for supporting the delivery of solutions, frameworks, and processes, using sound technical capabilities to play an active role in testing and delivering cost-effective development solutions, whilst staying abreast of external developments to improve internal solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

• Create test cases and test plans according to user requirements;
• Perform functional, integration, system and user acceptance testing on all applications;
• Identify, analyse and document all programming errors;
• Verify fixes;
• Communication on test results of projects;
• Train users for UAT and obtain UAT sign-off on deliverables;
• Provide training manuals where necessary.

Experience and Qualifications

• Manual testing experience;
