Clientèle announced industry leader for service

Clientèle has been announced as one of the Top 3 Insurers in the Ask Afrika Orange Index awards for 2022. The independent index is a leading measure of customer service experience in South Africa. Other companies measured in the industry included Old Mutual, Hollard and Discovery. In 2013 Clientèle also achieved a top 3 position and ranked first. A total of 19,986 South Africans were interviewed during May to July 2021 to establish which companies provide the best customer experience in South Africa.

Citizens live in a constantly changing society on a macro- and micro-level and as a result, they experienced lack of trust, fear of the unknown and loneliness on higher levels during Covid Lockdown. It was therefore imperative that we sharpen up our service levels and show a better delivery in terms of the service and emotional components. This nomination is a welcome sign that we are on the right track,” he said. “We have been the name you trust for 30 years and intend to stay that way for the next 30.”

Clientèle recently won Gold and Silver in the City Press Reader’s Choice awards. In the past decade, the company has been recognised by the Ombudsman for its efforts in dispute resolution, as well as achieved top honours in the CCMG (Contact Centre Management Group) Awards. It has also consistently shown high returns for its shareholders, regularly ranking Top 20 the Financial Mail Top Company Report.
